It’s been awhile since I have connected with you via video. I want to welcome you back into my home to talk about agendas. Do we have one when we come before the Lord? What do I mean by agenda?
Or perhaps you are hesitant to spend time with the Lord because you don’t know how to pray or feel that you have anything to say~ is this a bad thing ? Let me know your thoughts below, and may your heart be encouraged!
(and why are video thumbnails on Youtube ALWAYS unflattering? Sigh…)

Thank you friend 🙂

Tracy, LOVE this! Absolutely incredible! So often we worry about our own spiritual to do list or agenda. But we need to just be with Him. Thank you for this!
Tracy says
Thank you for joining me in my kitchen today! My habit is to “do, do, do some more” and I am in a season where I long to just rest and listen before and to Him. May we allow the Lord to lead us both in the days ahead!

I’m so glad you linked up with Jen. This message you shared has seriously been blessing me all day long. Love you sweet girl.
Tracy says
Thank you Erin- I saw last minute that her topic was “fun.” Not sure if this fits :), but I am grateful that God spoke to your heart today. Praise Him!

I love this. I am a practical, agenda-driven girl. I didn’t realize that perhaps my agenda was getting in the way of what God wanted to share with me. I am seriously inspired to “let God lead” tomorrow and every day after that. You are such a blessing!!
Tracy says
Jen- you are a blessing to! Learning to let God lead right with you sister. Thankful He spoke to your heart tonight 🙂

Wow, yes, I can relate big time! Thank you for highlighting something so basic, yet of utmost importance-allowing God to lead my life, in everything, especially in quiet time with Him. I’m not sure I’ve done that very often at all, and it seems so obvious! I am blessed to have heard this today. You are precious, Tracy! God bless you. Adele

Yes, it is hard for me to be still (Psalm 46:10) too. Learning to let God lead with you my friend! There is freedom to be found in stillness and in listening…
Pamela says
“Here I am.” I need this message. I so often think like your friend, “I don’t know what to say.” My head swirls with the cares of life and my heart is disquieted. He wants to meet me in the silence–and I desperately want Him to.
Tracy says
Pamela- I love how your wrote “my head swirls… and my heart is disquieted.” Yes, I can relate. I wish I had an “off switch” in my mind. But perhaps as we continue to let God lead, the Holy Spirit develops in us a “dimmer switch” that causes our cares and stresses to fade into the back of our mind as we listen to Him and rest in His presence… thank you for your comment and God bless.
